Blackberry Sage Breakfast Sausage

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. ground pork

  • 1 ½ tsp. fresh sage, finely minced

  • 1 ½ tsp. fresh thyme

  • ½ tsp. garlic powder

  • 3/4 tsp. sea salt

  • Pinch of fresh ground black pepper

  • ½ cup blackberries, chopped or halved if large

  • Fat of choice for cooking

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except blackberries and oil.
